Personnel placement
|
In 1998, German legislation terminated the strict labour exchange monopoly of
the Federal Labour Office. This decision made personnel placement also possible for private
employment agencies.
Since this time, not only the duties and name of the German Labour Office have changed, but
also the ways of recruiting. Employment ads in newspapers are loosing importance.
The use of electronic media and the placing of orders with external personnel
services are increasing.
Meanwhile, many of our customers benefit from the liberalisation of the placement market.
In 2010, we successfully completed 58 placement orders.
